Description

One of the few Gaule citizens to be found on Cape Verde, Bruno Courtois is a weapons inspector whose, admittedly limited, access to the Testing Rooms is a condition of the Nouveau Limoges Accords. Often cutting a dejected figure, Bruno is usually keen to complain about what he feels is excessive supervision of his work. A tall, grey haired man, with a sharp, angular jaw, Bruno wears his Gaule-red, authorized visitor pass prominently on his chest in the vain hope it'll grant him the degree of respect and autonomy he desires.
