Charles Attan looks like a man who got dressed in a hurry. In the dark. If his odd-looking military uniform is anything to go by, you wouldn't want him covering your back in a life-and-death situation. His trousers reach only half-way down his shins and his jacket, comprised mainly of faded fabric and missing buttons, looks like it was found in a textile bin. Not that it bothers Charles; below his ludicrously thick black mustache is the perpetual grin of a man with plan.
