He works in Super's Office in the Government Center Capital Government Center at Tau Station. He's a middle-aged man, with dark hair that wraps from ear to nape to ear, leaving the top of his head shiny and bald. To balance out this lack of hair at the apex of his head, he wears one of the bushiest beards you've ever seen. At the moment, he's focused intently on a slate that's propped up in front of him, while he absently eats a squishy looking food product from a ration package (A Rude Awakening).
I bribed him with 50 credits for information regarding Ailya Faizan murder. He allowed her apartment in the Residences The Cone to be cleaned out, because in Ailya's file a line reads, “Affiliation: Promethean Sect.”, meaning that she wouldn't be needing her apartment again (A Rude Awakening).
He considers himself bad at keeping up with messages, but with was not his fault that her information was wrong. That's why the stained floor with Ailya's blood got ruined. He didn't act fast enough on Carla's anonymous tip about Ailya's murder. Because he additionally felt bad that the locks on her old apartment were so easy to hack, he moved Ailya into new quarters, which also seem to be on a more exclusive level of The Cone, and her apartment now has three separate rooms, though it's still modestly sized. All this so she wouldn't go to the press or his superior (A Rude Awakening).
