Description

Douglas sits behind a large desk, rubbing his tired eyes in between helping people fill out job applications. His skin is wan and he looks underweight, his brilliantly red Lionhearts jacket hanging off of him though there are plenty of rations wrappers around his desk. When no one is around, his eyes take on that far away look that people using their CORETECHS have. This is the only time one might see him smile, as he waves his hands rapidly through the air, playing some game that only he can see.
