Education comes from classes taken at Universities.
There are several universities remaining. They specialize in different areas and some offer advanced classes, but do not offer their prerequisites.
Course duration can be reduced from paying bonds and/or having high intelligence stat.
- High intelligence reduces duration by 5%
- Very High intelligence reduces duration by 10%
- Exceptional intelligence reduces duration by 15%
- Paying 99 bonds reduces duration by 50%
The intelligence and bond reductions stack, so, having exceptional intelligence and paying bonds will result in a 65% reduction in course duration.

- Weapons: know which end of a blaster to hold.
- Discipline: handle yourself in a fight.

As you advance in your engineering studies, you'll learn to repair gradually more complicated pieces of equipment.
