A frail and elderly man, Foxx wears the bulky goggles typical of those who spend more time interacting with small and intricate machine components than people. His overalls are covered smears of grease and oil, and he's often seen around the market tinkering with some faulty trinket or other. Although somewhat awkward with people, there are few machines that Foxx doesn't understand on the most fundamental level. If Foxx can't fix it, then it's probably not fixable.
