In his grimy brown overalls, Frazer Dale has quite possibly the worst job on Tianjin. One of the station's longest-serving 'scene-scrubbers', he's used to cleaning up the messy aftermath of the Patrons' Carnival activities. He knows more techniques for removing human blood stains from surfaces and fabrics than any human should ever need to know.
