Gaspard is not a man who has time for pleasantries. He's dressed in tightly fitted Gaule attire and always scurries between meetings. His frown is permanently carved into his face, his mouth is a thin line under a pencil mustache. Gaspard has male pattern baldness and his salt and pepper gray hair only grows in a whispy ring above his ears and around his head.
