He was former machinist before he was promoted to Ailya Faizan's position by their boss Pietro at the Decommissioned Area The Clothier at Tau Station, after she died and quit – and so obsessed with decorating his new office (according to Carla). He actually hugged Ailya and cried when he saw her the first time after her assassination (A Rude Awakening).
