Description

Time has not dimmed the twinkle in this performer's eye. Though his face bears the wrinkles of many cycles, Hugh is always ready with a smile and a story, a song and a bawdy joke. He wears a long jacket of many colors, the synthetic fabric shifting from blue to green to red to purple and so on. A top his bald head sits a battered and slouching top hat which lights up now and then, spiraling with color around the brim.
