Description

With a waddling gait and a well-stocked tool-belt, JD Shah tends to many of the Port's running repairs. Tufts of wispy grey hair sprout from his ears and his fingers seem to be permanently stained with machine oil. JD has a warm manner about him, greeting passersby as he works.
