Mantis wears a dusty old coat which has been decorated with neon swirls and luminescent 'Booter hieroglyphs. His mane of shaggy brown hair is sticky pungent. He seems to be passing the time between selling black market rations by using his tongue to wiggle loose his one remaining tooth.
