Orson Xian last smiled at work four promotions ago, and even that was only to be polite. Endlessly striding between important meetings, he wears the deep blue of Consortium seniority, accessorized with a look of permanent consternation. As station governor, few of his duties inspire levity. Well-respected but rarely well-rested, Governor Xian occasionally wonders what it would be like to divorce the job he married all those cycles ago.
