Description

Oteng wears a fine suit of deep blue, with incredibly shiny black shoes. Though he's on the far side of being middle-aged, no white or silver can be seen in his hair, which he keeps buzzed very short. A silver earring in his left earlobe catches the light now and then. Oteng wears a pair of light blue, plastic glasses, the lenses of which offer no visual correction and serve no purpose other than fashion.
