Rat Boy's glowing red neck collar is visible from afar against the dark of his black leather trench coat. Normally seen skulking the Ruins, he's one of Tianjin's longest serving Dummies who boasts of having been 'murdered' by Patrons over one thousand times. His black eyes beam with an odd mix of pride and sadness as he recounts this very unusual form of popularity.
