Towering over almost everyone around him, Touma definitely has some Belter blood somewhere in his bloodline, but his shoulders are wide and his body muscular under the stiff uniform. He wears his jet black hair cropped short on the sides, and only long enough on top for the sort of spikes that stand up on their own.
