A small, beady-eyed man with curly, brown hair and a big nose, Vilhelm sits behind a giant desk in the administrative offices of the employment center. His squat shoulders create a fleshy battlement for his gargoyle-like head to perch on. His appearance however, hides what appears to be a pleasant disposition as he deals with anyone who approaches him with a ready smile and friendly attitude.
